FAMILIES: Family Relational Issues (blended, intact and separated), Parent/Children Relational Issues, Sibling Rivalry, New Parents, Parent Education/Skills and Parenting Stress.
Treatments Consist of:
COUNSELING FOR ADULTS suffering with anxiety (panic attacks) and /or depression will acquire tools that you can utilize when facing anxious or depressive thoughts and/or emotions. We will explore the issues/problems that brought you in and may cause the anxiety/depressive symptoms.

GRIEF COUNSELING  Whether experiencing the loss of a spouse, child, other family members, friend or even a pet, we will journey together to help you get to the other side of your grief and find steady ground. 

CHILDREN IN COUNSELING will learn coping skills for those experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relational issues (with parents, other family members or non relatives) and suicidal thoughts.  Children with poor impulse control and self regulation will learn how to control their behavior. Children grieving and experiencing physical, emotional, mental or spiritual problems that inhibit their functioning at home, school or in the community will journey through the grief process and learn how to communicate their needs appropriately and acquire coping skills.

PARENTS who are struggling with parenting will receive help in establishing boundaries, appropriate discipline, maintaining the relationship with your child. Parents will learn behavior modification skills for children diagnosed with ADHD, ODD or other behavior disorders. 

FAMILY THERAPY is used to explore the dynamics in your family, strengthen the ties and teach the family how to function together to establish order within your family. This will be done with fun therapeutic games that will engage and teach your family how to communicate and behave to have a more constructive positive relationship with one another.
